What this site is about . . .

Starting on January 8th, 2007 Flabby Chad and I will be starting a friendly competition of who can get in the best shape by the end of June. We will be posting before pictures and updating it as we go. So, any smack talk, encouragement or whatever other comments are welcome. Wish us luck.
